Hide a child element when cursor hovers above parent div block?

How can I hide a child element of a div block when the cursor hovers above the parent div block.

Essentially, I have both a heading and a text block within a div block and I want to have the text block hidden until the cursor hovers over the parent div block.

This is a reverse of what you’re after but shows one method. I’m using the parent element to show a child element on hover. You’d just reverse this.
