Hi! The client had a CMS plan paid for on their site. I downgraded it, thinking I could transfer the plan to another site, but the subscription just disappeared. What should I do?!
You deleted the subscription instead of transferring it. I can see where the confusion might have happened though, in many systems a hosting plan functions like a workspace seat- existing independently, and you just apply it where needed.
Your only option is to contact Webflow support and see if they can help.
