Hero Image Being A Pain

Hi there, I’m new to webflow and web design in general. I’m designing a website for my Dad’s surveyance company, it’s going ok at the moment (i bought a template to help) but my main issue is that the hero image has white space below it. Then on mobile it’s just completely messed up and I’m losing my mind at why - obviously not having much web design experience is my downfall here haha any recommendations on what to do will be a BIG help!
