Help with web design slider layout

Hello,

I’m currently just creating a website for my portfolio, but seem to be struggling getting the slider layout to work. I cant get the slide text to stay in the middle of the actual slide. As well as slide buttons at the bottom and the arrow divs seem to be overlapping to the next section rather then staying in the hero section

Anyone know how I can fix this?

​You can get the text to stay in the middle of the slide by selecting the text’s parent element (“slider div”) and pressing center element. (watch this GIF)

Sorry when I meant middle of the page, I meant going from top to bottom not width way.
