I have updated the A records for one of the sites I have hosted here, through Go Daddy but when I check them through DNS Checker, some other records are listed. Am I supposed to update them through webflow also? If so, I can’t find where to update them.

You most likely have quite a few DNS records for various things like email too.
Once you have updated the records that were mentioned, you should be good to go. No action needed in your Webflow project. If there are any issues with your DNS, in the hosting tab of your project settings you will be shown that there are Issues Detected.
