Help with Tab Container

Hi All.

I’m new here and just starting out. Can anyone help with an issue I’m having with tab containers?

I have a tab container about half way down the page (i.e. you need to scroll down to see it). The problem is when you click on any of the tabs the viewport automatically scrolls back up to the top of the page. How can I stop this from happening?
