Why cant 1 mail account not subscribe to a newsletter but another one can?
I have a webpage where you can subscribe to a newsletter, and i want to connect 2 different mails that is on the same mail server, to get the newsletter.
one is kimesav@ligladracing.dk this one works fine.
The other one is michael@ligladracing.dk this one don’t.
both of the get the mail to confirm one is the right one.
The other one gives the failure “Cannot find an email address id”.
If i make the account my self and i will send them to the one width the name of michael@ligladracing.dk Mailchimp shows it have been send but it don’t come to the mailbox.
The other one get the newsletter.
I have now tried for days to find out Wat is happening but width no luck.
Hope someone can help here?
