Help with Identifying Broken Link

Hi everyone,

I’m new to Webflow and recently started using SEO tools to optimize our site.

The tool flagged a broken link (https://www.brander.studio/robots.txt), but we’re having trouble identifying or recalling ever having this page.

I’ve read through some posts on similar issues, but haven’t found a solution that fits our situation.

Does anyone have advice on how to track this down or resolve it? Any guidance would be much appreciated!

Thank you in advance!

Hi Min, that’s not a broken link, and you do not need a robots.txt, you can ignore that. Many of the SEO guidance you’ll get from those tools is not useful,

Google engineers online occasionally laugh at some of the guidance being given by SEO tools, it’s often either meaningless or 10 years out of date with current practices.

Hey @memetican thanks so much for you swift response!

Another question is that should i enable this Webflow subdomain indexing?

Not sure if it’s relevant to this. or it doesnt matter?

No, you want that off if you’re planning to publish your site under a custom domain later.
