Help! Weird meta description in Google

I recently launched this website, and under one particular search in Google one of the sub pages pop up with a weird meta description – have a look at the attachments.

This is the description you get, and it looks it read the text and icons in the footer and not the actual meta description. Here’s the footer.

How do I fix this?
