HELP Please ! Mobile View on footer area lagging and flickering

Good day to everyone,

I am started to test making this project of mine. I am testing the mobile view and realized that the mobile view have slight flickering and lagging on the bottom of the page near the footer area. I have tried using several phone with different brands. It still have the same issue. I cant figure out what caused it.

1first off love the little pictures.
I think its height and use of 100VH

to me 100vh is used for section display 1 at a time, not smooth in between if that makes sense.
Its where I would look but I may be wrong.
