Help needed: CSS animated line help

I have generated this html from a logo graphic artwork that I am working on below:

I wish to animate it, similar to the eradicated line graphic of the 2018 Tesla ‘loader’ cover example here:

I am having a lot of problems trying to make the embedded code to work within my site. Is anyone able to help?
