Help me recreate a gallery page in Webflow

I have a client in need of a portfolio site. We would like to rebuild gallery functionality used on Nadav Kander’s portfolio site.

As you can see there is a lot going on here. The cursor becomes an arrow, and clicking a thumbnail autoscrolls back to the top and changes the image. I imagine this would take quite a bit of custom code. If that is the case is there any hope of using Webflow CMS for this project?
