Help creating scrolljacking hero section

Has anyone had experience creating a website like this home page? http://charactersf.com

Specifically looking for help creating the hero section that scrolls through the images instead of scrolling down immediately. (And has a nice transition between the images and works nicely on mobile)

Any advice or recourses would be much appreciated.

You could pull that off with jssor. Done something similar before.

If you want something already wired up to disable the scrollbar and transition to the next container you might want to look at these.
