Heading hidden by form issue

Hi

I’m trying to place a h1 heading above an outgrow.co form on this page:
https://www.mortgagesforbuytolet.co.uk/lp2/buy-to-let-mortgages-h1-above

the h1 is above the form in the navigator pane but looks like it’s hidden by the form. Any ideas how I resolve this please?

Fyi, if I place the h1 below the form it works ok
