Having trouble finding where this page Google is indexing is coming from

Wasn’t quite sure which category to post this in, so I hope this is ok.
So I noticed in my Google Analytics that I have loads of visitors going to a page called “Not Found”, which I assume is my 404 error page. I was trying to figure out where they might be getting there from, and tried to track down any dead links or anything. More digging in Google Analytics I found two pages that I don’t recognize:
[domain]/work/ZmFjZWJvb2
[domain]/work/eWFob28tc3
I have never seen these and have no idea where these pages came from, and of course, they lead to a dead end 404 page. All of my pages in my list are named correctly, and these do not show up. I’m trying to figure out why people are trying to access the pages, and where they are mentioned. How can I track down where people are getting these links from?

Interesting that you do have paths of the form /work/... however I haven’t seen Webflow generate any hash-based permalinks or anything similar.

Most likely it’s backlink spam, where someone has created a junk backlink to your site in hopes the webmaster will then investigate it and create traffic. It’s a weird, messy reality.

You could redirect them if you really wanted to.
