Hamburger Menu not Collapsing Main menu

I think I may have accidentally deleted the interaction that makes my hamburger menu collapse the main menu. I tried re-creating a new menu icon using divs to see if I could fix the problem but it doesn’t seem to have helped. These are screenshots of the tablet and mobile view. You can see the hamburger menu on the side but it’s not clickable nor is it collapsing the rest of the menu.
