GSAP code from Codepen to Webflow not working

I am trying to implent this cool GSAP Reeler Marquee animation from Codepen but when I implement to HTML, CSS and JS it is just blank on the published site. On the preview site, it looks like this.

Make sure you have also picked up the referenced JSS & CSS libs.
