Grid / Mesh Background

Hi,
I would simply want to design a background that looks like a grid (Columns 32px Row 32px)
How can I achieve the attached look without using any SVG/PNG elements?!

Why wouldn’t you want to use images for an image background?

Hi Thanks for your response.
I would like to have a it by a code to avoid issues while it appears in different screen sizes.
I mean I prefer to create some kind of pattern that continue eternally while resizing the screen…
Does it make any sense?
