In the site you referenced the SVG is being animated via custom code that handles the animating gradient. I don’t do anything advanced in IX2, preferring to use code. I don’t believe animating gradients is supported in WF.
If it is a must have requirement I would look at Lottie or SVGator and then code animation frameworks like GSAP.
