Got stuck with z indexes, please help

Hey everyone, I got stuck with the z-index of the title under images on the Home page (Essays, Events, etc.) In the designer it appears to be correct, however in a published project, the titles get covered. Please help.

Seems like it’s working fine, except that your margin top is breaking the layout
