Google MyBusiness Website profile removed by Google

I launched my clients website in Webflow last week and now their Google My business listing has been removed. Does anyone know what would cause this?

Updated context:

This is what google sent explaining the issue: “Your access has been disabled because this profile doesn’t follow the guidelines. Edit your business info, and learn how to retain access”

Could this have something to do with Google site verification?

You did not provide any real info to go on but you should be able to find an answer to your issue at Google.

It could have anything to do with not following the guidelines. Go through each of them to determine where you are not compliant.
