Giving Icons a Value When Clicked

Anyone know if there is a way to give an icon a value?

For example, instead of using a form field for yes or no I want to create a visual yes with a check mark or no with an X… surely this is possible, right?

Hi

If I understand what you mean - then it’s really easy . Clicking on the icon will activate the visual you made. of course - you need interaction for that.
