Give a class to the DIV inside the Figure element of the Rich Text Element

Could you please give a class to the DIV inside the Figure element of the Rich Text Element, so we can select it, then limit the effect to the class given to the RTE, then style it?

Currently the structure of an image in the RTE is a Figure and looks like this:

It’s easy to style Figure, Image and Caption, but dues to the fact we can’t affect the image wrapper (DIV Block), the options to style images in RTE are limited.
