We have been using dropdown menus to design our careers page and now want to create a URL link for each job posting. I have tried anchor links, but there is no setting to change the status of the dropdown menu. Does anyone have a suggestion on how we can make this work?

No solution that I can think of except for making it a collection list. Then put the current job posting in a normal div and fully open. Below it you can put the other job listings in the same dropdown format (in settings you exclude the current collection item).
It has a few benefits: you directly create new links for new jobs and the job they are clicking on is directly at the top which makes them see the nav menu (maybe gets them interested to look further at other pages)
