Get File/Download Button Not Working after Digital Product Purchase

Hello -

I’m selling digital products on my site and I just tried to do a test purchase. Payment went thru fine but when clicking on ‘Get Files’ button on confirmation page it takes me to a new browser tab with a spinny progress indicator and nothing happens:

I’ve got the correct File URL in the downloads section in the product page…any ideas?

Did you resolve the issue? Im having the same problem.

Hey Gary - I’ve revisited this issue with Webflow. Sounds like at this time there is no way to customize this page.
