Gallery Slider problem - need help

Hi,

i need some help with this site.
When you load the site for the first time, you see always for a moment grey Backround, than the pictures.
What is the problem with the slider?

Try making sure the background color is set to transparent with no gradient, make sure there is no gradient set-up behind the background image, reset it the background and try again.

I have now changed the background colors. However, the gallary is still loaded with a delay.
How can I optimize this - that this delay disappears?
