Fully automated singup form

Hello,

I am planning to host courses and looking for a fully automated signup form.

Things I want is a automatic confirmation mail, several reminder mails set on custom times and a mail afterwards.

Also a ‘‘add to calendar’’ link for Google agenda & Outlook would be nice

Anyone with an paid plugin which provides all of these?
