Full width and height sections not working on smaller devices

Hey guys, can someone help me out here?

Im trying to make a simple site with full width and height sections with a fixed background image to make “wipe” effect while scrolling down. No big deal, just apply 100% on body height and upload the background image right? well, that seems to work only on the desktop version. when i go to any other device, the whole thing just disappears!

Almost there! Just make the body 100% when in tablet/mobile viewport mode.

Just want to warn, fixed background will NOT WORK on mobiles and tablets. Browsers did not support this effect on mobile devices, unfortunately.
