Full page colour transitions only working on 2 sections

Hi Guys,

I’ve built a few sites where colours transition throughout the page similar to - https://longstoryshortdesign.co.uk/

This site however, does not seem to work with more then one colour change & sticks to the last colour after that. Is there anyway to fix this? Excuse the menu’s & content that’s all over the place, the site is very much in construction still.
