I am looking to create a form that will allow the visitor to enter their zip code to confirm that they are within the service area. Ideally, I would be able to create a list of options and the form output would confirm or deny. I do not want to use a drop down menu, if there is an option to use a text field formatted for numbers.

Exactly what are you looking for from the community? If you need custom code work done you can solicit the help of a developer. If you are looking for a third party integration then you can explore those in the University.
I am reaching out to see if there is a way to create a form with predefined input with the elements the WebFlow already has built in before I reach out to other sources.
If you’re looking for a real-time output while the user is still using the form, that will require custom code.
