Form text input field displays text vertically

Hi the message input box on my form shows inputted text vertically. How do I change it to display horizontally?

Hey egd,

I replied to your other post about your mobile view form issue, the same solution applies to this issue. The padding on the message box is too large. Here is a video of what I observed.
