Does anyone know why email submissions that are sent to the email address are arriving in batches, not immediately?

Does this happen consistently when a form is submitted, and also are there a variety of forms included on the project?
Can you share with me the most up-to-date share link for the specific site ? This will help me understand what’s going on a bit more clearly in order to further investigate.

I can’t share the project with you, because I do not have the Business or CMS plan.
There is one form, with multiple fields. This is the page with the form on it.
Perhaps there is another application you could recommend that would be able to provide a similar service?
Also, when I go to the Forms Submissions section to try download a CSV, the columns are completely messed up, with no order. Is it something that I have done when setting up the form?
