Form submission counter for Petition

Hi!
I’m trying to create a Petition where people can write in their name and email. I want to make a Form submission counter, is that possible?

Yes that can be possible with Zapier or Integromat.

You’d need to update a cms field when a form is sent.

On form submission trigger → Check the value of counter → Math function +1 → Update CMS field.
