Is it possible to create a dynamic label on the contact form?

So when it is submitted, there would be a line of text that changes depending on the collection item.

Hi @Hydarm

Theoretically it is possible, but I didn’t try. As you know, you can change “Success message” text (there is just paragraph). So, if you will make that paragraph dynamic I think it will work as you need.
