Form Style without border

Hey I’m designing a new site and I’m trying to create a form without borders, just with baseline.
How can I do it?

Like in this image?

  1. give a class to selected field
  2. in element editor panel select “Border”
  3. select the borders you don’t want to show etc… let me make a small vid for you
