Form - Select element value doesn't show up in project's forms

Hey there,

Very satisfied customer here! :blush: I ran into a problem with forms:
“Use of Shapr3D” and “Your field…” are select elements, which don’t send data to forms under project settings. Am I missing something obvious? :slight_smile: I’d rather not send my link publicly. Thank you.

Does the field has a name set? Also, have you cleared the existing form submissions?

IDs and names are set. No, I did not clear the existing ones.
