Form on site page not submitting

Hi folks,

I’m trying to finish up a site that has a few pages for a client - Webflow - Hospitality Personnel . Two of these pages have a form but for some reason one of them just isn’t submitting or showing the “Thank you for submitting your form” element (in the Register Today page). Not really sure what to do as I copied one form to create the other. Hope this makes some kind of sense to someone @waldo. Help!

ammm! Wow. Not sure why its working now, it wasn’t working before for a while.
