Form fields not showing in email notifications

I receive the email telling me that a form has been submitted, but no form fields.

I have extensively tested this form with email addresses that work with other webflow forms - with the same result.
I’ve also deleted the form container and rebuilt it with the same result.
All is not lost as the data submission data shows the data.

Any ideas?

somewhere.
