Form error when submitting ONLY ON MOBILE

Hi help needed :slight_smile:

I have a simple form, with default settings. It works on desktop, but for some reason throws an error message and doesn’t record the submitted data on mobile.

Any ideas what’s going on?

Thanks Chris, I got a friend who I think solved the problem in person for me. I needed to redirect to the next page after submission (by incl the redirect link). Thank you though!
