When you use reCAPTCHA on your site, you must use it on every Webflow-managed form.
Right now your SMS auth form does not have it so you get an error on submit.
Add a reCAPTCHA element into that form as well.
If you don’t want reCAPTCHA on this form, you can change it to use an external form handler. It looks like you may already have an automation process, likely using Zapier or Make, to drive the Twilio integration.
