Form dropdown arrow not showing

The dropdown arrow on the select field in my form (Join Waitlist page) isn’t showing on published site - can’t figure out why! I even tried deleting and recreating the field.

Any ideas?

Also would love to add some padding so the arrow isn’t so close to the edge of the box, but it seems to be unaffected by padding changes.

@Charlee_Alexeev - Did you ever find out what was going on here? I’m experiencing the same issue only on my published site.
