Form data ends up in wrong fields when posted to Mailchimp

Hi all,

I’m pretty new to webflow but have been really excited for how flexible it has been for my project.

One issue I am having (and there are quite a few :slight_smile:) is with the mailchimp integration. I have connected my form to mailchimp, but when someone fills it out and I go look at the data, only the email address and one of the district data forms shows up. The first name, last name, and other district info is no where to be found.

Any help with connecting the fields in the form to the correct fields in the mailchimp?
