I added these fonts to my project
Yet when I’m in the editor, they are there but greyed out making me unable to use.
Not sure what to do?

I took a quick look. In your image, you seem to have two fonts with the same name, (Nunito Sans) and one seems to only be in regular where the other is a variety of styles. In the list of fonts, I only see one called Nunito Sans - I wonder if there’s a conflict being created by having two fonts with the same name.
I would try deleting the first and see if that maybe activates the second font set with the same name so you can use the other stylings.
Let me know if that makes any difference, if not I’ll take another look.
