I came across this website https://matterapp.com/ and have seen that floating icon background before and was wondering if you can create the same thing in Webflow?

Hello @Make-Machine,

you can create the same effect on after effects and upload it into webflow as a lottie animation. So in other words, yes you can create the same thing in Webflow.
