Flex box centralization fail

Hi.
I am creating a landing page using flex box to centralize content vertically and horizontally.
On my own laptop, it looks fine running on Google Chrome.
But on another laptop, the centralization doesn’t work in Google Chrome. The content stick on top left corner instead.

Error on Google Chrome version:
50.0.2661.102 m

Do we need the latest Chrome browser version to get flex box working?
