Fixed NavBar that appears as you scroll doesn't display correctly

Hi there,

I’m working on a project that has a Nav bar that appears as you scroll. Everything works accordingly except that when you open the actual menu it does not open completely. It opens correctly on the initial nav bar which is not fixed.

the dropdown menu is set up to be fixed full screen.
