When I click İŞLERİMİZ and when I scrolling down Nav bar is chancing and I can’t see my nav bar

when I click on İŞLERİMİZ the page scrolls and the navbar appears after you leave the first MEDUSA PLUS’A HOŞGELDİNİZ section, is this not what it is suppose to do? Your nav will not appear immediately on clicking İŞLERİMİZ, that is not how it is intended to work.
