Fixed navbar links stop working when I scroll

I created my navbar and set it to fix at the top, but there are two issues that I can’t seem to figure out.

  1. The links in the navbar stop working when I scrolle
  2. The navbar gets hidden behind elements when I scroll, even if i set the background to white (or any other color).

try setting your div block 4 element’s z-index to 1000
