Fixed images on website don't show fixed on chrome and firefox

Hello. I have this website that has fixed images and when checking the published site on chrome and firefox the images don’t show fixed. On other versions of chrome it shows fixed though.

How can I adjust the code or settings to make images show fixed on all browsers?

UPDATE: On windows vista on chrome and firefox the backgrounds work well as fixed backgrounds. On windows 10 on chrome and firefox the backgrounds don’t work as fixed. They scroll. What could be causing this problem and how can I make it compatible with all browsers?

I can see the fixed images fine, it just has to do with different versions. You can’t do anything about it.
