Fixed Hero AND Footer

I’m trying to learn how to create a sticky hero with a sticky footer, where only the main content scrolls.

I believe I have this almost there but the map should NOT show over the hero.

Basically, exactly like this site: https://www.massimpressions.com

Also, any idea on how to accomplish a footer like their footer in WF?
